The Alvarez Corporation

Not everyone is built for the field.

One summer can change your trajectory. TAC develops competitive individuals through sales, leadership, discipline and real-world experience.

I

The Mission

What TAC is building. A sales organization run like a campaign: clear objectives, hard preparation, and people who earn their position.

II

The Campaign

What the summer actually looks like. You deploy to a market with your unit, work the doors, and close the day with an After Action Review.

III

The Training

How someone with zero experience becomes competent. Basic Training before the season, Field Training on live doors, and a Field Manual you run until it is instinct.

IV

The Field

A day in the life. Early mornings, team meetings, the gym, the doors, the drive back. What the work looks like when nobody is filming it.

V

The Unit

Your people. Nobody knocks alone. Every rep belongs to a Unit, every Unit answers to Command, and everyone competes on the same leaderboard.

VI

The Results

Real rep earnings, sales numbers, promotions and testimonials. Stripes are earned here, and the board shows who earned them.

VII

Your Orders

Apply. You are not applying for a summer job. You are joining people who chose something difficult because they want to become more capable.

Earn your position.

Nobody is handed a rank at TAC. There is one ladder, everyone starts at the bottom of it, and every step up is on the record.
